Heyy, how are you?

Have you ever felt like life is moving faster than you can catch it?

You’re not alone.

Journaling is more than keeping a record. It’s an act of faith, courage, and hope. Every time you pick up your pen (or open your notes), you’re doing something sacred:

• You’re giving yourself space to breathe.

• You’re inviting God into your everyday moments.

• You’re creating a legacy — a living record of His goodness in your life.

“Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it.” - Habakkuk 2:2 (NIV)

God delights when we make room for His voice in our story.

As you know, this month marks a quiet but essential turning point.

Scrolla has moved from being something I was thinking about to something I’m standing on. A lot of this season didn’t look impressive from the outside, given the fewer posts, slower pace, and more time staring at code and notes, but it was necessary work.

What follows is a complete, honest status update. No hype. Just clarity.

From the Scrolla Desk

It is now a functioning, faith-centred productivity app with real data, real state, and a clean internal structure. Things save. Things load. Things are appropriately separated. Faith is no longer an afterthought; it is built into the foundation. It's safe to say... the first phase is finally DONE and now... unto the next.

Let’s be honest. There were false starts:

• Login loops

• Firestore configuration scares

• Notes save issues

• I cried.

• Provider confusion

• Riverpod build errors

For context: Most first-time Flutter + Firebase apps take 20–30 attempts, but I keeeeeeep on pushing regardless because this problem needs to be solved!

If you want to stay closer to the journey, Scroll Hub is where quiet conversations, reflections, and community building happen without noise or pressure. It’s a space to build together, slowly and intentionally.

To keep things simple and manageable for me, this is the rhythm I’m committing to:

• Every Monday will include gentle productivity reflections to set the tone for the week. Posted on Socials.

• Every Wednesday will be the diary entries on YouTube. One week will be on Faith, and the other week will be either Daily Life or Entrepreneurial (it will alternate).

  • On this note, I am starting on a series called 'Creative, Not Perfect' as a Faith entry. This will be explained further in the first episode, so be sure to subscribe!

• Every 2 weeks on Fridays is Blog day, posted here on Patreon - you must be a member to access (it's free). Here I share more profound insights on journaling, productivity and faith.

• On Saturdays is update day according to the Scrolla app. Posted on YouTube.

• The monthly newsletter (on the last day) is like a recap of the whole month. Just like this one!

This is how I plan to be consistent this year!
