Refund & Returns Policy
At Scrolla Press, we are committed to providing believers with high-quality resources for their spiritual journey. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Digital downloads (E-books, digital planners, and study guides).
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
