Happy New Year

this year started with a quiet but firm conversation between me and God.

based on the scripture i’m standing on this year

“““Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert.”

‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭43‬:‭18‬-‭19‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

i realised that growth wouldn’t come from holding onto what weighed me down. last year, fear showed up in subtle ways: hesitation, overthinking, and waiting until things felt “perfect” before moving but that season has ended.

this year is about obedience over comfort. consistency over fear. showing up even when it feels uncomfortable or unfinished and trusting God to do the rest.

as scholars, you’ll get a closer look at everything happening behind the scenes. this includes:

  • more personal vlogs and faith-focused reflections

  • blogs centred around christian productivity, growth, and discipline

  • consistent updates on the scrolla app and what i’m building

  • early access, honest conversations, and real progress, not just highlights

but i don’t want this to be one-sided. this year is about community, not just content.

i’d love for you to be more active with us:

  • join the scroll hub — this is where we pray, talk life, share ideas, and grow together

  • connect with us on our socials and engage in the conversations there

  • subscribe to our youtube channel for more vlogs, updates, and faith-led content

thank you for believing in this vision, for supporting the journey, and for walking alongside me as God does a new thing. i truly don’t take your presence here lightly 🤍

here’s to a lighter heart, deeper faith, and a year led by God.

— love, scrolla x

Hey family, Last month has been a struggle. Building an app like this can either build you or break you — for me, it did a bit of both (LOL), but it’s okay. Remember when I said the app was finished?
